How hard is it to get a job with Disney?

Its one of my dreams to work at Disneyland or Walt Disney World and I'm just wondering, how hard it is to get a job there? Do You have any tips? Thanks. Its highly appreciated. :)How hard is it to get a job with Disney?
I was a Walt Disney World Cast member for four years and loved it. I went to the Casting Building, in Orlando, dressed accordingly and applied. When I got called up I spoke to what I call a placement person. If you get in, orientation was lots of fun. Again dress appropriately for each visit.

Start out with what they are looking for, no piercings other then 1 set of studs, no dangle earrings, girls only. No earrings on men. No facial hair, no visible tattoos. Your watch has to be not too big or gaudy. Hair also needs to be short for men and not too long for women.

Now, I did leave them a few years ago but the only thing I heard that's been changed is facial hair but, if you're a guy, I would still go in clean cut.

Here's a couple tips:

The "Disney Point" is when you use 2 fingers or your entire hand to point at something, IE giving directions, drawing a guests' attention to something or whatever. NEVER use 1 finger to point, they will tell you that the "other person" at the end of the finger could think you were talking about them. I know but it's what they told us.

Adopt what I like to call, " a Tinkerbell personality". It's been about 10 years but I can't get rid of mine. They like to see people that are quick to smile and participate.

Always smile while you're on stage and that includes putting a smile in your voice when on the phone.

Because that is where you are when you put on your costume. No matter your roll in the show, the moment you put on your costume you are IN a show. The show of making memories and magic come alive for everyone there. It may sound cheesy but it's true.

If you want to be a character, good luck because it's hard to get in and I've been told it's hard to do. I had a few character friends and they never really had an easy day.

God luck and remember, Have a Magical Day.How hard is it to get a job with Disney?
haha that is my dream too :)

Well, from what I have heard so far, it is relatively easy to get a job as a cast member in the park because they need so many people, but it i next to impossible to get a job as an imagineer or something like that without powerful connections. So it just depends on what type of job you want to apply for. If you are applying to be a cast member in the parks, I would say don't have any piercings or tattoos and look respectable, because that is huge! Other than that, just be friendly and charismatic and you should be fine! Hope I helped, and I really hope you get the job!How hard is it to get a job with Disney?
