What would be the rough price of a senior class trip to Disney in Florida?

My class is trying to plan out a class trip and we have a couple possible options already but we have not considered Disney yet. We are heading into our junior year of high school, so we do have a little bit of time to make our decision but I would like to find out about Grad night for Disney. There is about 250 people in our class and we have made a prediction that maybe 125 will attend the class trip. What would be the rough price of a senior class trip to Disney in Florida?
Every year, our students go to either Grad Nite @ Disney or Grad Bash @ Universal.

FOR 2011...

Disney's Grad Nite will be April 29%26amp;30 OR May 6%26amp;7 and is at Magic Kingdom

Universal Grad Bash are April15 or 30 or May 6 or 7 and is at both parks

They have not published prices for next year, but you can estimate around $50.

Both theme parks will have performers, parties, dances, etc.

Your 2 other big expenses will be hotel and transportation.

Without knowing where u are traveling from, I can't give you an estimate on transportation. I live in West Florida in the panhandle, about 8 hrs from Orlando. We take over 100 students every year, thus taking at least 2 charter buses every year. Depending on how long you will be going you can estimate $1500-$3000 per bus. We just stay over one night.

Hotel you can get for around $100/night. If you have 4 students in each room for one night, that's $25/person.

All in all, we do these trips for just under $200/student. Transportation will be your big factor. What would be the rough price of a senior class trip to Disney in Florida?
Grad Nite at Disney is about $50 per person not including tax

Grad Bash at Universal is close to the same, but we end up charging our students $110 because we also have to pay for Charter Buses.

Both have street performers, rides, fireworks, concerts from famous performers, its always really fun. I'm the Senior Class Sponsor at the high school I teach at so it's my job to deal with all of the senior stuff, including this. We always go to Grad Bash over Grad Nite, simply because alot of us just prefer Universal to Disney. I never have been to the Disney one but Grad Bash at Universal is always a ton of fun. Grad Bash is from 7 pm - 2 am. So we usually leave at around 3 pm, get there around 5:45, grab some dinner and let them do whatever they want at the park for the next 7 hours. We usually get home at around 5:30 am. Its a really fun night

I think both tickets will end up being around $50, but you'll have to charge more for transportationWhat would be the rough price of a senior class trip to Disney in Florida?
Wow. I'm planning a Disney trip for my senior year and Im going into my junior year! I have done the math. On Disney accomdations and tickets for 10 days was like 1100 per person based on dual occupany of room and value resort. This included no meals. I have been to disney several times and suggest staying on Disney. You have transportation to all parks and downtown disney and you get extra magic hours where the park is open a hour early or three hours late just for disney guest! also any merchandise bought can be shipped from the park to your room free! If you have any more questions contact me please.
