before you get it, ask about PAL and NTSC. those are different media standards. America is NTSC, the rest of the world is PAL. this is why you can't play euro videos/dvds on American players.

nope! regional coding here is #1 they block it out. It has to do with our currency our money is worth more
what the hell is the difference between an american psp and a european psp they are both a dam psp!
