Why are american movies so violent?

it seems that all of your movies star an unrealistically athletic white male with a troubled past and a 6 o clock shadow who decides to right wrongs by committing more wrongs.

he never seeks to resolve the situation with words. is this why your schools are so violent and your children so belligerent and disrespectful? Why are american movies so violent?First of all.... USA! USA!

Second, not all American films are action films. We have our fair share of comedies, romances, horrors, indies, dramas, documentaries... all sorts.

Third, I think non-American films are far more violent because our ratings system is so rigorous and (somewhat overly) critical. Why are american movies so violent?
To answer your question simply.
Because Americans are violent. I have a conceal and carry license and I hardly ever leave the house without my S%26amp;W .357. When you are dealing with scum its best to treat them as scum.

American Movies never killed anyone. Why are american movies so violent?you seem very confused.

you sport blonde hair on your avatar and frequently ask questions of Americans. perhaps you are just jealous that you spawned from the filth of a sand dune and not the greatest country in the worldWhy are american movies so violent?
I don't know what countries you are comparing the USA to. It seems that way but it depends where you go and what you watch. Why are american movies so violent?Because violence and sex sells . That is why you watch them isn't it ? USA USA USA
