i searched for a copy of the page online and could not find anything. Is it possible to call a friend of hers and have her to read the problems off to her?

Ask your sister if that was what she was to study. It gives an extensive coverage of what the chapter includes. However, if she had to do actual math problems that is not included. You might continue to yahoo search Fifth Grade Math Text for Harcourt Brace and find some other sites that will give you the actual text.

She could probably ask her friends to go round to their house so she could do her homework using their book. Either that, or convince your parents to write her a note explaining what happened and promising that she will do her homework tomorrow night instead.
