Find a voiceover class at a local studio that can help you make a tape of your "voices". Then find a voiceover agent that specializes in Disney. Look in the Ross Reports, they have a complete listing of all diffrent kinds of agents.

Get an agent, and start getting voiceover rolls.

One of the better voiceover agencies is

CESD voices, it has clients like Miley Cyrus and Kim Catrall, that would probably be one of your best bets to get signed by them.

Good luck, keep doing what keep you happy!
I鈥檓 no expert but if you don't have any contacts in the industry you probably won鈥檛 be able to get a job at a big production company like Disney. My advice would be to go for a smaller roll maybe on a low budget movie and work you鈥檙e way up. I鈥檓 sorry to say if you don鈥檛 want to do this as a career you鈥檙e goal isn鈥檛 practical. It would take many years of hard work and devotion to get in a Disney movie. It would still take a long time even for an animated film. How can I become a singer/voiceover for Disney movies?
